Uses:
Mortar for:
- Masonry
- Interior and exterior plastering
- Sape, joints of concrete
- Installation of tiles
- Repair and restoration

RECOMMENDATIONS ON IMPLEMENTATION IN OPERA:
-check writing on the packaging
-use (preferably) of sand granulometry max. 3 mm
-dosage recommended the preparation of cement mortar is 190 - 500kg
-Multibat-mortar will not be made to operate at temperatures below 0 degrees C for applications in the temperature check with the manufacturer
-support for the application of concrete to be cleaned and soaked in advance
-Multibat-plaster may be applied to mechanized or manually, observing the above recommendations

COUNTER:
-Multibat not be used for:
-preparation of concrete;
-work in aggressive environments (sulphates, acids, etc..);
-dig wear resistant (industrial floors, surfaces, etc. required.)

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
For beginning and sockets >= 120 min. (determinat conform SR EN 196-3) (determined according to DIN EN 196-3)
For the outlet end <= 15 hours (determined according to DIN EN 196-3)
Expansion <= 10 mm (determined according to DIN EN 196-3)
Rest the sieve <= 15 % (on 90μm mesh sieve when finesse is determined according to DIN EN 196-6)

CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Sulfur content (expressed as SO 3) <= 3,0 % (determined according to DIN EN 196-2)
In chloride content (expressed as CL) <= 0,10 % (determined according to DIN EN 196-21)

FRESH MORTAR STANDARD FEATURES:
Air Content % by Volume >= 8 si <= 20 (determined according to DIN EN 413-2)
Retention of water% by mass >= 80 si <= 95 (determined according to DIN EN 413-2)
Time Spread 5 - 30 sec
corresponds to an adequate workability for concrete masonry
(determined according to DIN EN 413-2)
